Australia is a uniquely risky country. There are floods, fires, cyclones, spiders, snakes, sharks, burglars and bin chickens - all in the one place. But perhaps the riskiest thing of all in the ‘Lucky Country’ is that while Aussies know they’re surrounded by risk, 32% of them still just assume ‘she’ll be right’. So when board game sales went through the roof, we tapped into the growing trend to get the nation discussing risks and insurance without even realising it.
